  • When: Tuesday evenings, Wednesday mornings, or Wednesday evenings

    Who: Women of all ages!

What: Steadfast through Suffering: Seeing God in Job.
Why, God? We’ve all asked that bewildering question, perhaps in times of heart-breaking loss or pain. Questions about suffering and evil have puzzled people for thousands of years. The book of Job will not answer every question you have; it may raise more questions. My prayer is that you will see and taste the sweetness of God’s sovereign, sustaining grace for you in the worst and best of times. May your pain not cause you to be bitter in soul (Job 3:20 and 27:2) but to put your hand over your mouth and trust him. Job helps us to realize that many of the reasons why people suffer are known only to God, but that God can be trusted, even when we cannot understand all of his ways. Join us as we seek to see God in Job and remain steadfast in suffering because HE is faithful and steadfast.
