Childrenās Ministry
Weāre here to show kids Jesus and partner with you in discipleship.
We seek to captivate childrenās imaginations and hearts for Jesus by grounding them in the goodness of Godās Word (2 Timothy 3:15). We partner with and equip parents in the essential work of child discipleship by providing resources, nursery, and classes.
Nursery
We have Nurseries available for children from birth to 3 years old for our Sunday gatherings year round. In addition, we offer Nursery care for Wednesday Connection and other special events. Our ministry team leads children in age-appropriate playtime, prays for each child, and shares God-centered stories, songs, and memory verses.
Kids Classes
We have Sunday and Wednesday classes for PreschoolāGrade 5 throughout the school year. We use our class time with intentionality, teaching the Word of God in age-appropriate ways, connecting children in small groups, and encouraging them to grow in Christ.

Parents dedicating at The North Church for the first time must attend the Parenting the Early Years seminar in preparation for dedicating their child. These seminars are offered three times a year. After the seminar, a pastor or elder will schedule a home visit to meet with the parents and child. For more information or to register for the next parenting seminar or dedication, contact our team below.

We would be delighted to welcome the newest member of your family to our church community!

Will you join us in reaching and training the next generation in the joy of knowing Jesus?
Hereās what you need to know about our ministry.
Jesus-centered: In our childrenās discipleship ministry, we believe that the most important thing a child can learn about is Jesus.
Family partnership: We believe that God placed children in families by design, and no ministry to children is complete without engaging and equipping parents.
Excellence in all things: We believe that pursuing excellence in our ministry is essential to honor and glorify God!
We train you: We know that serving in childrenās ministry can be intimidating, so we offer training and coaching to help bridge that gap.
We are learners: We believe that none of us are too experienced to continue learning. Pastors too!
