Potential Pay Range & Benefit Summary - Full Time Support Staff

Position Title: Administrative Assistant for Outreach & Discipleship

Position Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Preferred Position Start Date: Early June

Salary Range: $18-$20 per hour

Dental: Group plan through HealthPartners available at employee’s expense

  • $23.40 per first two pay periods of the month for employee only plan

Paid Time Off:

  • Holidays: 10 days per year

  • Vacation: 2 to 4 weeks (prorated first year)

  • Prayer & Planning Days: 1 day per quarter

  • Sick Days: 80 hours annually, plus PFML

  • Ministry Leave: up to 2 weeks annually

Retirement: TNC will match up to 4.5% toward the TNC 403(b)(9) plan (100% of first 3% and 50% of next 3%)

Life Insurance: TNC fully covers the equivalent to the amount of the employee’s annual income

Long-Term Disability: TNC fully covers the insurance equivalent of 60% of your weekly income up to $5,000 per month to help cope with a disability which results in an absence from employment for longer than ninety (90) calendar days
