Men’s Ministry

Men’s Discipleship exists to equip and train men to love God, sharpen one another, lead their families, and serve their communities in support of our shared mission ā€œto spread a passion for the supremacy of God in all things for the joy of all peoples through Jesus Christā€.

Shoulder-to-Shoulder

Men’s Discipleship L.O.A.F.’s (Lay Organized Affinity Fellowship) are designed to give men of the North Church the opportunity to connect with other men over a shared interest or activity.

  • What | This group’s intention is to use scripture memorization as a way to love and know God more deeply and to equip ourselves with the sword of the Spirit by hiding his word in our hearts. We will do this through memorizing longer passages (chapters, various psalms, or sections of scripture), topical memory verses or verses that are meaningful to you. The aim of doing it in a group setting is to encourage and spur each other on as we memorize, no matter what skill level you have.

    When | One Saturday a month at 10am, starting September 20, 2025.

Face-to-Face

  • We aim to create a culture that encourages men's discipleship through tailored, intentional mentoring in contexts where men share their hearts and the opportunity for peer-to-peer accountability exists. This discipleship is a relationship where the men intentionally meet on a defined cadence to have specific discussions aimed toward maturity in personal, spiritual growth. If you are interested, submit a mentor application and/or a discipleship application, which will help us assess and discern fit, maturity, heart posture, and match for Intentional Discipleship.
