Jon Grano

Pastor for Operations

Jon worked as a software developer and project leader for 25 years, and served as a Bethlehem non-staff elder leading the North Campus building project before coming on staff as Pastor for Operations in 2006. His role involves coordinating many behind the scenes ministries (building & property, IT, media, HR, finance, etc.) to keep them aligned with and supporting The North Church’s ministry goals, joyfully serving in the strength God supplies so that He gets the glory.

Jon enjoys helping to keep the congregation informed about various financial needs and “quantifying our ministry vision” through an annual budget presentation.

Jon and Pam have been married for more than four decades, and live in New Brighton. They raised their two children at Bethlehem, both now married, and have five grandchildren. They have been a part of The North Church since 2002.
