Church Planting
The local church is God’s plan of redemption in this world. One key strategy to reach the world is to plant churches that will in turn make disciples, grow believers, and plant more churches. We aim to plant healthy, independent, and God-centered churches who will treasure Christ in all of life. Church plants are led by a plurality of elders, share our mission to magnify Christ and make disciples, and gladly embrace The North Church Elder Affirmation of Faith.

Church plants receive encouragement and partnership through the Treasuring Christ Together Network. TCTN is a theologically like-minded, gospel-formed family of churches, joyfully serving pastors and their wives and supporting churches to start and (re)start new Christ-treasuring churches.

Our residency is a one-year, full-time experience in the Twin Cities. Residents will exercise gifts, refine their vision, identify a team, and engage in pastoral care and teaching. The North Church will provide a stipend and will require residents to raise the other half of their salary package. If you are interested, please contact us.
