Adult Education

Be equipped for treasuring Christ in all of life.

Adult education primarily intends to equip our people to stand firm as “oaks of righteousness.” The classes hope to ignite our people toward worship and delight in Christ (Worshipers) even as they grow as members, servants, stewards, and witnesses.

So, in some senses, the classes intend to provide an avenue for worship (Behold), but they will primarily focus on rooting our people in the foundations of faith (Believe) and growing our people in maturity, godliness, and obedience in the areas of thinking, feeling, acting, trusting, and hoping (Become).

The North Institute

What We Believe

This class is designed for new Christians, Christians new to The North Church, or people ready to think more deeply about the Christian faith. By teaching through The North Church Elder Affirmation of Faith, this class considers major questions about the Christian faith (such as "What do we believe about Jesus and the Bible?) and how we answer those questions here at The North Church.

Navigating Culture (Sundays, July 12–Aug 16)

This seminar will cover topics related to cultural engagement. What is culture? How should Christians engage with culture? Put simply, we want to equip our people to consume culture wisely, curate cultural inputs appropriately, and create culture effectively.
